I Hate Lloyds TSB. Bunch of incompetent idiots who don't know their Arse from their Elbow! They constantly disappoint me at every opportunity. Lost my signature twice, allowed someone to change my account address IN A BRANCH that led to fraud, lost a photocopy of a passport (via their own internal post no less) and don't even know how their own security procedures work. I could write a book listing their failings. They even told me I could complain but the team leader said it wouldn't change anything. ARGH! How can they still be in business?
